I have not received my tickets?
The most common reason why you do not received your ticket is that the email including your ticket have been placed in your spam folder.
Please, check your spam folder. If you have not received e-mail with the ticket from us within 30 minutes and you don’t find the e-mail in your spam folder, then contact Persivent’s customer service for further help.
